Produced by Ratti exclusively for Desai Fabrics, this fine Italian cotton lawn is lightweight, breathable and beautifully soft, with a smooth handle and fluid drape that make it an excellent choice for comfortable summer dressing. Its fine, lightweight construction is particularly well suited to dresses, blouses and flowing separates.

The print combines traditional botanical rose motifs with an unexpectedly bold colour treatment. Large, fully formed roses, smaller clustered flowers and leafy stems are intricately drawn in a mauve-pink tone, creating an almost engraved or vintage botanical effect against a buttery yellow ground. The restrained floral colouring makes the intense background even more striking, giving this otherwise traditional rose print a fresh, contemporary edge.

Perfect for statement summer dresses, shirt dresses, flowing skirts and feminine blouses, particularly where the bold ground can be allowed to shine. It could also make fantastic wide-leg trousers or a relaxed matching shirt-and-trouser set. For something more understated, a simple blouse would allow the intricate botanical detail to provide the interest.

Also available in two other colourways, one featuring soft pink flowers on a cool blue ground and the other soft mint green flowers on a vivid orange-red ground.

Fabrics, trims or anything cut to size are non-returnable and not exchangeable.

Buttons, motifs, or anything sold as a whole item (not cut as fabric must be), may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund (minus shipping costs).  Returned items must be in the original packaging, intact, and in the same condition as purchased. Refunds for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed.

Do not Dry Clean, Machine washable at 30°C, Line dry, Iron before wearing.

Whilst the fabric is opaque, we recommend adding a lining to give the garment structure, shape, and a comfortable fit.
