A beautifully woven Italian Silk Shantung with a horizontal ombré stripe that softly transitions through tones of blush pink, rose, and ivory. The fabric has a structured yet lightly crisp handle with the signature subtle slubs of shantung adding natural texture and sheen. It holds shape well, making it ideal for sculptural silhouettes — think boxy jackets, full skirts, or shift dresses with a modern edge.
The horizontal gradient runs across the width, opening up creative opportunities for playful grainline cuts, "dip-dye" illusion hems, or directional panels. Similar stripe effects were recently seen in collections by Del Core and Carolina Herrera, particularly in evening pieces where graphic colour placement met classic tailoring.
