A beautifully fine Italian cotton lawn produced by Ratti for Emanuel Ungaro, with the lightness, softness and breathability that make cotton lawn such a versatile choice for clothing. Lightweight and comfortable against the skin, it has a lovely fluid drape while retaining enough structure for softly gathered or gently tailored pieces.

The design is an exuberant painterly floral, with flowers and foliage seemingly brushed onto the surface in expressive strokes. Vivid cobalt and cornflower blues mingle with sunny yellows, fresh greens, lilacs and touches of pink and cream, creating the impression of an impressionist painting in motion. The spontaneous, artistic quality feels particularly fitting for Ungaro, whose fashion was renowned for bold colour, expressive prints and romantic femininity.

Perfect for summer dresses, gathered blouses, flowing skirts, relaxed shirts and lightweight co-ordinating separates. It would also make a particularly beautiful statement maxi dress, where the generous floral composition can really be appreciated.

Fabrics, trims or anything cut to size are non-returnable and not exchangeable.

Buttons, motifs, or anything sold as a whole item (not cut as fabric must be), may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund (minus shipping costs).  Returned items must be in the original packaging, intact, and in the same condition as purchased. Refunds for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed.

Do not Dry Clean, Machine washable at 30°C, Line dry, Iron before wearing.

Whilst the fabric is opaque, we recommend adding a lining to give the garment structure, shape, and a comfortable fit.
