We currently offer international delivery by arrangement. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us directly before placing your order by telephone or WhatsApp. We will confirm the availability of the fabric, calculate the applicable delivery cost based on your destination and order, and arrange your order directly with you.

AUGUST INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OFFER

Throughout August, enjoy FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders over £500 delivered outside the UK.

The £500 minimum spend applies to the value of the products in your order and excludes delivery charges.

Free international shipping applies to our standard delivery service only. Express delivery is available at an additional cost, where available.

Orders exported from the UK may be zero-rated for UK VAT where the relevant export conditions are met.

Any applicable customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping offer and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing times and the delivery service selected. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when arranging your order.

Tracking will be provided where available, depending on the shipping method selected.

UK Delivery & Collection

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

We endeavour to deliver within 5 working days. This excludes weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £150; adjusted at time of checkout. Orders below £150 our P&P fee is £5.95.
EXPRESS DELIVERY

If you need your parcel sooner, we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery services. Please email or call us prior to placing your order and we can look into rates for you.
CLICK & COLLECT IN-STORE (FREE)

To help our more local customers, we offer a free Click and Collect service to pick up your orders from our shop in North London.

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready, usually within 1-3 days (order by 4pm). This excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. Please aim to collect your order within 3 days of the collection date.

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your order’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery: We endeavour to deliver UK orders within the timeframes provided above. However, these are estimates only. Some factors beyond our control may result in longer delivery times. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

Delivery Partners: We work with reliable couriers, however once your order is dispatched, some aspects of delivery timing are beyond our control. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, you must get in touch with us to arrange a new delivery schedule, for which you may incur new delivery costs. However, we will try to contact you, in this case.

Parcel Weight Limit: Please note all orders are limited to a maximum weight limit of 20kg. Any orders exceeding this limit will be split and shipped in multiple parcels. Each additional parcel will incur a separate shipping charge, which will be calculated and communicated by email.

Returns

We are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our fabrics and work carefully to colour-correct each image so it closely reflects the actual fabric's colour and quality. However, colour variations can occur due to differences in screens, and subtle shade distinctions are inevitable.

To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to order a sample before placing a full order, as cut fabrics and trims are non-returnable and non-refundable once prepared for dispatch.

Items sold in whole units, such as buttons, motifs, or other accessories, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
