We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, you must get in touch with us to arrange a new delivery schedule, for which you may incur new delivery costs. However, we will try to contact you, in this case.

UK DELIVERY & COLLECTION

 

All orders are limited to a maximum weight limit of 2kg. Parcels that weigh over the 2kg weight limit for shipping will need to be sent in two parcels so some increased rates in P&P might occur. This may be the case for heavier or bulkier fabrics like sequined fabrics, brocades, satin crepes, wools, and jerseys. 

 

If you have any concerns about the weight of your parcel send us an email prior to placing your order and we can look into the rates for you. Similarly, for larger quantities of fabric, which may weigh above 2kg and you prefer to be sent as a single parcel, please send us an email prior to placing your order and we can look into rates for you.

 

Standard Delivery - £4.95

We have a flat rate P&P fee of £4.95 (max 2kg). We endeavour to deliver in 7 working days.

Special Delivery - from £9.95

If you need your parcel sooner, we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery services. Please email or call us prior to placing your order and we can look into rates for you.

Click & Collect - FREE (Currently unavailable)

 

To help our more local customers, we offer a free Click and Collect service to pick up your orders from our shop in North London.

 

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready, usually within 1-3 days (order by 2pm). This excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. Please aim to collect your order within 3 days of the collection date.

When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation with either a valid photo ID or your payment card. If somebody is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to present the order confirmation with a valid photo ID.

 

All orders must be signed for upon collection.

We offer a range of delivery options for international delivery to best suit your needs.  Before placing your order, please get in touch with us so we can provide a quote for delivery charges.

RETURNS

 

We do our absolute best to ensure the quality of our fabrics and take the time to colour correct each image to match the color and quality as closely as possible.  That said, there are a vast number of shades of each colour.  Similarly, all screens are different and a fabric that looks perfect on-screen might not feel that way in person.  We, therefore, encourage ordering samples prior to ordering goods, as no returns will be accepted once the fabric is cut.  Fabrics and trims are non-returnable.

Buttons, motifs, or anything sold as a whole item (not cut as fabric must be), may be exchanged or returned within 14 days, for refund.  Returned items must be in the original packaging, intact, and in the same condition as purchased. Once we've recieved your return, we will email you to confirm reciept and we will inspect the item. Subsequently, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund on the original payment method. If the refund is rejected, you will be charged the cost of shipping (include tracking) to have the items returned to you.
